ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive to join our dynamic team.
The Procurement Officer will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services in alignment with company policies and objectives.
Duties/Core Responsibilities
- Support the procurement process by preparing and issuing purchase requests and purchase orders.
- Maintain and update procurement databases and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ascertain procurement needs and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Participate in cost analysis and market research to identify best sourcing options.
- Support the resolution of any procurement discrepancies or issues.
- **Requirements** **Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of procurement procedures and compliance standards.
