Procurement Operations
- Review and verify purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
- Source materials, obtain quotations, evaluate offers, and negotiate pricing.
- Issue purchase orders in line with approved terms and policies.
- Follow up on open orders to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
- Maintain updated pricing and supplier records in the ERP system.
Planning & Coordination
- Align purchasing activities with production plans to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Coordinate closely with Production Planning and Warehouse teams to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Track inbound shipments and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation is provided for goods receipt processing.
Supplier Follow-Up & Issue Resolution
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle supplier claims, discrepancies, and delivery issues.
- Follow up on non-conformance and change control matters in coordination with relevant departments.
- Support continuous improvement in supplier performance and cost efficiency.
Compliance & Financial Coordination
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely supplier payments and documentation.
- Maintain accurate procurement records for audit and reporting purposes.
