We are currently hiring a **Procurement Manager / Senior Procurement Executive** for our group company specializing in **Printing, Advertising, and Fit-Out Services**.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the procurement department and procurement team.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee sourcing activities and vendor selection processes.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Ensure cost optimization and effective budget management.
- Monitor procurement performance and prepare reports and analysis.
- Promote environmental and social responsibility within procurement practices.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement and project support.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of Gulf experience in Procurement (Qatar experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Experience in developing procurement policies and procedures.
- **Salary:** To be discussed during the interview.
