We are seeking a Procurement Manager from a reputable organization or sizeable industry environment with proven experience handling high procurement volumes, multiple priorities, and complex stakeholder requirements.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong workload management, resilience under pressure, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
Job Purpose
- Lead and manage the procurement function to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires a proactive leader capable of managing high procurement volumes, multiple stakeholders, and demanding deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, negotiations, purchasing, and contract management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring quality and service standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
- Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of procurement experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience within reputable organizations, multinational companies, or large-scale industries.
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are an advantage.
