The Procurement Manager will lead the end-to-end procurement function.
Overseeing material planning, sourcing, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and timely material delivery to project sites while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project BOQs and drawings to develop detailed material plans and procurement schedules.
- Source and procure materials, including FF&E, joinery, finishes, lighting, and MEP materials.
- Manage RFQs, compare supplier quotations, negotiate prices and payment terms, and issue purchase orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate material submittals, samples, and approvals with project, design, and site teams.
- Monitor procurement budgets, cost savings, delivery schedules, and material availability.
- Lead and develop the procurement team and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Supply Chain.
- 8+ years of procurement experience in fit-out or interior contracting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience supporting retail, commercial office, and hospitality fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong ability to interpret BOQs, specifications, and architectural/MEP drawings.
- Established supplier network, strong negotiation, and vendor-management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/procurement systems.
- Fluent English; Arabic is preferred.
