Business Development Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales and business development strategies, acquire clients, and expand the corporate portfolio.
• Sell executive search, recruitment, workforce outsourcing, background verification, and digital HR solutions.
• Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers; lead technical and commercial proposals.
• Manage pricing, negotiations, sales closing, pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Legal across the commercial cycle.
• Manage renewals, account expansion, and initial collections; lead the Business Development team toward revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 9 years in business development, corporate sales, or commercial management, including managerial-level experience.
• Direct HR services, recruitment, staffing, or workforce outsourcing experience.
• Strong client acquisition, proposal, pricing, negotiation, closing, pipeline, revenue forecast, and CRM experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good command of Arabic and English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience selling executive search, background verification, or HR SaaS solutions is preferred.
• An established corporate network within the Saudi market is preferred.
