Lead procurement and tendering activities for facilities management operations in Qatar.
Manage sourcing, contracts, and supplier performance across hard and soft facilities management services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the procurement cycle from requisition through award and contract close-out.
- Prepare, issue, and evaluate tenders, including government and semi-government tenders.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to meet cost, quality, and compliance targets.
- Manage vendor registration, prequalification, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and Qatar procurement regulations.
- Coordinate purchasing plans and forecasts with technical, finance, and operations teams.
- Prepare procurement reports and budgets, and develop cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead and develop the procurement team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12–15 years of procurement experience, including a senior or managerial role.
- Proven government tender experience in Qatar or the GCC.
- Experience in facilities management, construction, or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and cost analysis skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and MS Office.
- CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
- Qatar experience is preferred; Arabic is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay starts at QAR 1.00 per month.
