Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Procurement Manager.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work from home as required.
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for assessing and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating supplier performance, analyzing procurement data, preparing and managing contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and relationship building with vendors
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation to achieve favorable terms and conditions
- Analytical Skills to assess procurement data and make informed decisions
- Experience in Procurement and supply chain management, including identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Knowledge and expertise in Contract Management for drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proficiency with procurement and contract management tools
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
- Prior experience in a legal or corporate environment is an advantage
