We Are Hiring for a new Trading Company based in Ajman.
Candidate
with fluency in "Mandarin/Chinese Language" is a plus.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Procurement Process, with experience in managing sourcing, vendor selection, and purchasing workflows.
- Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and tracking Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budgets and approvals.
- Exposure to GCC market, Including Saudi Arabia and African Markets is essential.
- Experience in basic contract negotiation, and coordination with vendors, suppliers etc.
- Solid analytical skills to compare supplier proposals, and helping supervisors in procurement decisions.
- Familiarity with procurement systems or ERP tools and strong MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor relationship skills.
