- You're a natural relationship builder who can negotiate confidently, influence effectively, and make data-driven decisions.
- You likely bring:
- 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, construction, energy, or project-based environments
- A strong understanding of strategic sourcing and supplier management
- Experience negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements
- Confidence working with ERP/MRP systems and procurement data
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo
- Bonus points if you have post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, or an SCMP/CPSM designation.
