Coordinates with engineering and project teams to ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, and compliance with technical specifications.
Well-versed in the KSA market and local vendor network, source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Strong English communication and writing skills for dealing with international suppliers.
Responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, issuing RFQs, and evaluating technical and commercial offers.
Review project specifications and prepare material requirement lists as per KSA Standards.
Coordinate closely with the Project, Technical, and Finance teams.
