About The Role

A leading organization in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced

Senior Manager – FinTech & Innovation Business Development

to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and strengthen relationships with clients and ecosystem partners.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong knowledge of the financial services and FinTech landscape, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building high-value business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with strategic clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Identify, attract, and onboard new clients and business partners across local and international markets.
  • Build and execute business development strategies to support organizational growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and market developments.
  • Support the development of market entry strategies and client acquisition initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding journey while coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by providing proactive relationship management and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, enhance client experience, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Support CRM enhancement initiatives and leverage data to improve client engagement and productivity.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, networking forums, and business meetings to strengthen market presence and generate new opportunities.
  • Promote the organization's value proposition and maintain a consistent professional brand image.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, information security requirements, and governance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 6–8 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or partnership development within the financial services sector.
  • At least 4 years of managerial or leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services, FinTech, banking, or innovation ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and delivering business growth.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing client engagement processes.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
