Overview
- Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, finishes, and FF&E specifically for interior fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers for construction materials and services, meticulously documenting findings for management review.
- Process purchase orders and requisitions accurately, tracking orders from placement to delivery to the project site and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of approved suppliers, price lists, and material samples relevant to fit-out projects.
