Procurement Analyst

Issue and manage POs for active projects, keeping cost and lead-time within budget

Track BOM lines from PO to receipt across active builds, flagging delays and expediting at-risk items

Monitor component demand across the project pipeline and surface long-lead items before they become a problem

Help qualify new suppliers and maintain existing vendor relationships

Keep procurement data clean and up to date in Odoo; help track on-time delivery and cost variance metrics

Flag component alternates, multi-source options, and EOL/change notices to engineering and your manager

Support the buildout of procurement processes and supplier scorecards as we scale

0–2 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, ideally within a hardware, manufacturing, or electrical/industrial environment

Comfortable working in an ERP/MRP system day to day; solid Excel/data skills

Strong organizational skills — able to track many open orders and details without dropping the ball

Clear communicator, comfortable following up with suppliers directly

On-site 5 days/week at our Brooklyn, NY HQ

Exposure to electrical or electromechanical components -- PLCs, VFDs, enclosures, wire and cable, or similar

Experience with Odoo

Interest in growing into a larger supply chain ownership role as the company scales
