As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting fab or assembly activities.

Minimum Qualifications
- You must be an organized, self-starter with above average problem solving ability. Also, you must be able to work alone and unsupervised while under intense pressure from Production customers. Most importantly, you must be able to work as part of a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined team while achieving your highest potential performance.
- High School Diploma or general education diploma; Associates degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have a basic command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Skills, Abilities & Other Requirements
- Weld credentials (fabrication only)
- Knowledge of practical or documented understanding of weld equipment.
- Demonstrate the ability to program and troubleshoot automated and robotic equipment.
- Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality system.
- Experience with PCs and Windows software.
- CNC Programming for the following machines: Amada Turrets, Laser cutting machines, Cincinnati Press Brakes, EVO, KOIKE, EHRT, Franklin, Bradbury Rollformer, Pivatic (fabrication only)
