Purpose of the Job
Process Excellence Manager at Aramex is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
This role focuses on analyzing processes, implementing best practices, driving cost optimization projects, and fostering a culture of excellence throughout the company
Job Description
- Lead the identification, analysis, and redesign of business processes to optimize performance.
- Drive the implementation of cost optimization projects as per the agenda of the local country management and in alignment with the strategic direction of Global PEX
- Influence and collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders to drive the execution of projects within their areas including Kaizens and A3 projects
- Develop tools that support with the mapping, analysis, and optimization of business processes
- Conduct thorough quality audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to rigorous quality standards.
- Perform route cause analysis and investigations on process challenges raised by local country management which are directly affecting daily operations and overall business
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies across departments
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to promote process excellence principles.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process changes through defined KPIs and report on outcomes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, standards, and best practices.
- Propose and highlight key projects and Kaizens that could be replicated across the network
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, project management, and quality assurance within a dynamic operational environment
