Qualifications and Experience

Required Skills

• Process development and cycle time improvement.
• CNC setup and tool selection.
• Process validation and drawing interpretation.
• AS9100D knowledge.

Compensation

• The posting lists CTC of ₹4–5 LPA.
• The posting also lists pay of ₹30,000–₹35,000 per hour, creating a compensation cadence conflict.

Responsibilities

• Perform process engineering, setter, and supervisory work in the application department.
• Develop and validate manufacturing processes.
• Set up CNC equipment and select appropriate tools.
• Improve cycle times and interpret technical drawings.
