Role overview

Qualifications and experience

• BE, B.Tech, or B.Arch in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
• At least 6 years of total experience, including at least 4 years in a dedicated BIM management role within an engineering consultancy.
• Expert-level Revit proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital engineering delivery, BIM implementation, and technology adoption across multidisciplinary projects.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce corporate Revit templates, BIM manuals, and workflows aligned with ISO standards.
• Lead clash detection, model coordination, and design review sessions using Navisworks.
• Monitor model performance, structural integrity, optimization, and storage management for active project files.
• Drive efficiency through parametric modelling, scripting, and add-on development using Dynamo and Python.
• Identify technical skill gaps, conduct structured Revit coaching and training, and mentor senior BIM coordinators and BIM modelers.
• Ensure smooth integration across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering packages.
• Manage BIM standards, governance, and technical quality across projects.
