The assignment is described as a 12-month contract supporting fleet management processes across the vehicle lifecycle.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is $20–$25 per hour.

Role responsibilities
- Support general fleet management business processes.
- Support vehicle ordering and delivery.
- Coordinate telematics installations and inventory management.
- Support vehicle claims management.
- Manage license and title processes, track registration status, and manage registration renewals.
- Support the vehicle remarketing process.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries.
- Gather data and support analytics.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of process or project management experience, or equivalent experience.
- Strong documentation skills, including experience creating standard operating procedures or similar documentation.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience facilitating meetings.
- Fleet management experience is not required.
Added bonus
- Experience working with call center agents is an added bonus.
Schedule and travel
- Shift timing is 9 AM to 5 PM.
- No travel is required.
