Job Title: PRO (Public Relations Officer) – UAE Nationals Only

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive PRO (UAE National) to manage all government-related processes and documentation. The ideal candidate will be familiar with UAE regulations and able to coordinate efficiently with various government departments. Freshers with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all visa processing (employment visas, renewals, cancellations)
• Manage labor and immigration documentation and approvals
• Liaise with government authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, and other departments
• Process Emirates ID applications and renewals
• Ensure timely submission and collection of official documents
• Maintain accurate records of all employee-related government documents
• Track visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
• Assist in company license renewals and related documentation
• Coordinate with HR and Admin teams for employee onboarding and offboarding
• Stay updated with UAE labor laws and government procedures

Requirements:

• UAE National (Family Book is mandatory)
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Freshers or candidates with experience as PRO can apply
• Basic understanding of UAE government procedures is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
