About This Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National to join our team as a Public Relations Officer (PRO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all government-related procedures, documentation, and approvals while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all government-related documentation (visa applications, renewals, cancellations, labor cards, Emirates ID, etc.)
• Liaise with government authorities such as Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, and other departments
• Ensure timely submission and collection of official documents
• Keep up-to-date with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations
• Maintain accurate records of employee documents and company licenses
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Handle attestation, notarization, and document clearance processes
• Assist with trade license renewals and company registrations

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
• Previous experience as a PRO or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
