Abu Alnaga Group is looking for a highly experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Public Relations Manager (PRM) to manage and oversee all government-related processes and documentation across Dubai authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all documentation and approvals with Dubai government entities including RTA, DEWA, TRA, Dubai Municipality, DDA, Nakheel, DLD, Civil Defense, and other relevant authorities
Ensure timely processing of permits, licenses, renewals, and approvals
Maintain strong relationships with government departments and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
Coordinate with internal teams to support project and operational requirements
Stay updated with regulatory changes and government procedures
Requirements
Proven experience as a PRO/PRM in Dubai, specifically handling government documentation
Strong knowledge of RTA, DEWA, TRA, Dubai Municipality, DDA, Nakheel, DLD, Civil Defense, etc.
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
