About This Role

We are Dodo Brands - create and develop technological fast food brands through franchising. We have two major projects: Dodo Pizza, Drinkit coffee shops - over 1500 locations and more than 35,000 employees in 27 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia.
We’re not just launching pizzas. Technology goes through every process: we have digitalysed every process and made our business smart, so we can grow quickly while maintaining high quality.
We have already launched 15+ pizza stores and 10+ coffee shops in Dubai and we’re just getting started.
We need to enhance the taste experience for our guests and offer the most exciting menu options while maintaining efficient and well-structured internal processes in supply and production.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive PRO Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial for ensuring our business and our people operate seamlessly within the UAE legal framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visa & Immigration Management: Full cycle of employee visa processes (entry permits, medicals, Emirates ID, visa stamping, renewals, and cancellations).
• Government Liaison: Direct interaction with MOHRE, ICP, Amer, and Free Zone authorities (specifically DMCC).
• Labor Relations: Handling labor contracts, work permits, quotas, and GPSSA registrations.
• Compliance & Licensing: Managing Mainland license renewals and ensuring 100% compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Certification Oversight: Organizing mandatory training and certifications (Basic Training, PIC, First Aid, Fire Safety, OHC).
• Office & Welfare Support: Managing medical insurance, office insurance, and coordinating essential office supplies (technical equipment, water, etc.).
• Problem Solving: Resolving complex or non-standard cases (delays, rejections, or corrections) with government authorities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2-3+ years of proven experience as a PRO in the UAE.
• QSR Background: Prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or F&B industry is highly preferred.
• Operational Depth: Deep understanding of both Mainland and Free Zone (DMCC) regulations.
• Language Skills: High proficiency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
• Process Knowledge: Practical experience with GPSSA and renewing mainland licenses.
• Efficiency: Ability to manage high-volume caseloads (50+ employees) without compromising on quality or deadlines.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, stress resistance, and a "problem-solver" mindset.

Would be a Big Plus:

• Experience in optimizing and automating visa processes.
• An existing network of contacts within government departments.
• Experience working in a tech-driven or fast-growing startup environment.
