Jitendra Consulting Group, headquartered in Dubai, is a reputed and rapidly growing multilingual organization offering services in company formation, auditing, business advisory, VAT, and compliance.
We are seeking an experienced and energetic PRO cum Driver to support both corporate PRO functions and driving responsibilities for the Chairman’s residence.
PRO Duties
- Coordinate and liaise between the company and Government departments, free zones, UAE authorities, and semi-government entities.
- Handle all Government-related tasks, including Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Tests, Immigration procedures, Ministry of Labour services, Consulate-related work, and trade license applications/renewals (DED and Free Zones).
- Keep updated with changes in UAE rules and regulations and ensure timely processing of all applications.
- Assist employees and their families with all government and visa-related matters as required.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and tracking for all PRO activities.
Driver & House Support Duties
- Provide safe and reliable driving services for the Chairman’s residence.
- Handle pick-up and drop-off for home staff or any assigned household personnel.
- Support the Chairman’s home-related transportation needs.
- Collect and deliver cheques, documents, and packages for office, bank, and external parties.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and serviced regularly.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in PRO services, especially visa processing at MOL/GDRFA.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and procedures.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while managing both PRO and driver responsibilities.
Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
