- As a CMT, you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring resident well-being, and supporting our nursing team—all while ensuring the highest standards of safety and care. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and compassion will directly impact the quality of life for the residents we serve.
What We’re Looking For:
Active Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
Experience in a senior living, memory care, or healthcare setting preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
