Caregiver

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2–4+ years of professional caregiving experience (memory care or senior care preferred)
Experience working with residents who have Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and feeding)
Valid driver’s license
Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, resident-centered care in accordance with care plans
- Assist residents with daily activities while encouraging independence when possible
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and leadership to ensure continuity of care
