Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Private Label Sales Specialist to assist entrepreneurs, businesses, and brand owners in developing their own perfume brands.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, conducting consultations, and guiding customers through the private label manufacturing process from inquiry to order completion.

Sales & Business Development

  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients regarding their perfume and product brand requirements.
  • Present private label solutions, fragrance options, packaging choices, and manufacturing services.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for private label customers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with the production, design, procurement, private label coordinator and customer service teams regarding client requirements.
  • Ensure accurate communication of customer specifications and project details.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, consultations, and showroom visits.

Product & Industry Knowledge

  • Develop a strong understanding of perfume manufacturing, fragrance categories, packaging options, and private label processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Educate customers on available services and product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or account management.
  • Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, luxury products, or private label manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
