Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Coordinator to support our perfume production.
The role involves managing job orders, maintaining documentation, data entry, and effective communication with clients and suppliers.
Basic knowledge of perfumes, packaging, and logistics is essential for smooth coordination and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Private Label Coordinator in managing and processing job orders accurately.
- Maintain organized documentation and update data in internal systems.
- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp regarding order status and delivery.
- Follow up with suppliers and manufacturers on raw materials, packaging, and logistics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
- Support inventory tracking for bottles, oils, caps, labels, and packaging.
- Provide general administrative support.
Requirements
- Experience in assistant/coordinator roles, preferably in perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG.
- Basic knowledge of perfumes, fragrance components, and packaging.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new software.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in perfume production or private label fragrance business.
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Team player, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
