As we continue to expand our portfolio and investment activities, we are seeking a highly motivated and strategic **Private Equity Manager** to support our growth and value-creation initiatives.
Position Overview
The Private Equity Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
This role will lead financial analysis, due diligence, investment structuring, portfolio management, and strategic growth initiatives while working closely with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, market research, and investment due diligence
- Prepare investment recommendations, business cases, and executive-level presentations
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate development transactions
- Monitor and manage investment portfolio performance and value enhancement initiatives
- Develop financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and property management teams on growth strategies
- Assist in capital raising activities, investor communications, and financing initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, consultants, and advisors
- Analyze commercial real estate markets and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion
- Monitor industry trends, economic developments, and competitive market activity
- Support long-term strategic planning and business growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, asset management, or strategic consulting
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skills
- Experience conducting transaction due diligence and deal execution
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication abilities
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- High level of commercial awareness and strategic thinking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate, property investment, infrastructure, or asset management sectors
- Knowledge of investment structures, capital markets, and portfolio management
- Experience supporting large-scale development projects or real estate investment transactions
- Familiarity with regional and international investment markets
