Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Al Dafna Business Park.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and property tours for potential tenants and business partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing leasing agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Represent Al Dafna Business Park at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, leasing, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the Qatar market and commercial real estate sector is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
