Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Private Equity Manager to lead investment evaluation, financial analysis, portfolio management, and strategic growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting long-term business expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and execute private equity and investment opportunities.
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, market research, and due diligence.
- Analyze mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor and manage portfolio investments and performance metrics.
- Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operational teams during transaction processes.
- Develop relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Assess industry trends, risks, and opportunities within shipping, logistics, and related sectors.
- Support fundraising activities and capital allocation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or asset management.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Experience in shipping, logistics, maritime, or infrastructure investments is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment structures, and risk management.
