Head of Private Equity
About This Role
A Head of Private Equity leads the strategic direction and execution of a firm's private equity investments, often overseeing teams and portfolios valued in the billions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and recommends investment strategies, portfolio construction, and annual plans for private equity programs.
- Identifies, evaluates, and diligences prospective deals; leads negotiations, manager searches, and portfolio monitoring to ensure compliance and performance.
- Manages teams, prepares reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, and oversees risk analysis, exits, and value creation in portfolio companies.
Required Qualifications
Typically requires 15+ years in private equity or investment management, with expertise in deal origination, due diligence, and LP/GP relationships. Strong leadership, financial modeling, and network in institutional investing are essential
Pay: QAR132.00 - QAR142.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
