The team covers lender profiles, credit and debt details, company and deal links, and a roadmap spanning BDCs, broadly syndicated loans, corporate bonds, CLOs, and credit ratings.
The vertical is being built from the ground up, with its data model, taxonomy, and vendor integrations defined with Product and Engineering.

About the Lenders Team
The Lenders Team is part of Gain's Private Equity Intelligence group and provides structured intelligence on global credit and debt markets.
The team covers lender profiles, credit and debt details, company and deal links, and a roadmap spanning BDCs, broadly syndicated loans, corporate bonds, CLOs, and credit ratings.
The vertical is being built from the ground up, with its data model, taxonomy, and vendor integrations defined with Product and Engineering.
What You Will Do
- Own the Lenders data domain across BDC, BSL, corporate bond, CLO, and middle-market loan coverage.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on credit and fixed income data, including capital structure, pricing mechanics, and instrument and holder taxonomy.
- Shape and prioritize the Lenders product roadmap and balance new coverage with existing data quality.
- Translate vendor data into Gain's data model and link it to company, deal, and investor assets.
- Resolve data modeling questions end to end and lead process optimization using AI and automation.
- Set priorities, sequence workstreams, and manage delivery against business priorities.
- Hire, coach, and manage Analysts and Senior Analysts while setting team processes and quality standards.
- Partner with Product and Engineering and represent the Lenders vertical in leadership discussions.
Who You Are
- Bring 6+ years of relevant experience in private credit, lending, or fixed income data from research, data management, or investment operations.
- Have hands-on experience with lender, credit, or debt data such as BDCs, broadly syndicated loans, CLOs, or corporate bonds.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills across priorities, vendors, engineering dependencies, and ambiguous work.
- Have proven experience managing or building a team beyond informal mentoring.
- Be comfortable with internal data systems, spreadsheets, and vendor feeds, with high attention to detail.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills for structured decisions and feedback.
- Be proactive and self-driven in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
