A high-profile family in Abu Dhabi seeks a skilled Private Chef to prepare healthy, high-quality meals tailored to family preferences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare daily meals according to the family's dietary requirements and preferences.
- Create varied international, Middle Eastern, and health-conscious menus.
- Source fresh, high-quality ingredients from local markets and specialty stores.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets hygiene and food safety standards.
- Prepare meals for special occasions, events, and guests.
- Adapt menus to seasonal availability and dietary restrictions.
- Coordinate meal service and kitchen management with household staff.
- Manage kitchen inventory and food storage while minimizing waste.
Requirements and qualifications
- Proven Private Chef experience in a high-profile household or luxury hospitality setting.
- Two years of international cuisine experience and two years of healthy, dietary food experience are required.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines, including Mediterranean, Asian, and Middle Eastern dishes.
- Understanding of nutrition, dietary restrictions, and health-conscious meal planning.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to family preferences and schedule.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Flexible availability for weekends and special events.
- A culinary degree or professional chef training is preferred.
Employment and pay
- Full-time position.
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,500 per month.
