We are looking for a highly professional, discreet, and service-oriented
Private Cabin Crew
to deliver an exceptional inflight and ground-based experience to a UHNWI family and their guests.
You will uphold the highest standards of safety, privacy, and personalized service, ensuring every journey and engagement is seamless, secure, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class hospitality and personalized service on board
- Manage all cabin safety and emergency procedures with diligence
- Coordinate seamlessly with flight deck and ground staff for smooth operations
- Maintain strict discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
- Oversee cabin presentation, cleanliness, and passenger comfort
- Attend to special dietary, medical, and personal requests with efficiency and care
- Conduct detailed pre-flight and post-flight cabin checks
- Provide personal assistance to the principal and family, including handling schedules, travel logistics, packing/unpacking, and on-ground errands
- Anticipate and respond to the individual needs of the principal and guests both inflight and on the ground
- Support VIP and family requests with tact, cultural awareness, and the utmost respect for privacy
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Cabin Crew Attestation / License (GCAA, EASA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in VIP/private jet or luxury airline cabin service
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and first aid
- Polished, professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate discreetly
- Comfortable with international travel and irregular schedules
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with Airbus A320 family or similar business jets
- Familiarity with VIP/UHNWI service protocols and etiquette
- UAE-based candidates preferred, relocation (
