  • Essential Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in hardware design, system architecture, or systems engineering
  • Strong background in deploying and debugging complex compute and networking architectures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Familiarity with factory integration, system validation, and large‐scale solution rollouts
  • Proven experience in the design and deployment of solution‐level AI and enterprise Server/Storage/HPC data center systems
  • Desirable Requirements
  • Hands‐on experience with in‐rack and data center‐scale systems, including installation, configuration, and validation
  • Previous customer‐facing technical roles (deployment, escalation, field engineering, or solution architecture)
  • Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $157,000 to $203,000. Responsibilities

  • You will:
  • Triage, debug and deploy Server/Storage/HPC System architectures and solutions
  • Perform debugging and issue resolution at factory integration at Dell and 3rd-party sites
  • Support of Dell Services escalation resolution when needed
  • Support for lab builds and customer evals
  • Travel when required
