Principal Solution Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the solution cycle with other teams.
• Understand customer needs and position Salesforce products to address them.
• Use industry and technology knowledge to connect Salesforce solutions to customer needs.
• Develop custom solutions and deliver tailored product demos and solution concepts to decision-makers.
• Show the business value of proposed solutions.
• Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications.
• Meet quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
• Respond to RFPs and lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
• Support customers’ transformation journeys.

Required qualifications

• Hands-on solid Salesforce experience.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Experience implementing digital transformation strategies and delivering increased customer success.
• Track record of success in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for an enterprise software organization.
• Proven oral, written, presentation, interpersonal communication, and relationship skills.
• Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
