Role overview

What you will do

• Engage customer technical, outcome-driven and IT decision-making personas to position CDW Custom AI.
• Connect sales specialists, partner teams and platform architects to deliver end-to-end AI outcomes.
• Develop and deliver customer-facing demonstrations for generative AI, MLOps and data pipelines.
• Architect AI systems integrating pipelines, machine learning models and deployment platforms.
• Support the development, launch and ongoing improvement of AI offerings.
• Lead complex engagements spanning hybrid platforms, modern workspace, security and services.
• Qualify customer opportunities, design solutions and maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting.
• Produce solution designs, RFP responses, TCO and ROI models, business cases, high-level designs and statements of work.
• Support sales entry into high-value accounts and help develop less experienced colleagues.

Technical expertise

• Subject matter expertise includes predictive AI, machine learning and generative AI.
• Associated areas include MLOps, data pipelines and DevOps.
• The role positions AI strategy, governance and platform solutions for customer business, data science and IT Operations teams.

Ongoing development

• Maintain technical expertise through use-case and industry research, hands-on learning, lab time and formal training.
