Responsibilities
- Lead business development in KSA, aligning with Smart & Digital discipline strategy.
- Build portfolio of projects and clients in KSA with support from sales leads.
- Engage in business development initiatives including outreach, discovery meetings, event participation.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Lead end to end project management efforts, ensuring on time, on budget delivery.
- Provide expertise on selection and implementation of smart cities & buildings technologies.
- Manage design and implementation of smart cities & building solutions.
- Develop high level data strategy, management and governance frameworks.
- Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
- Manage and coach team members on business development and project delivery.

- Experience in building solution architecture and schematic diagrams
- Data strategy, management and governance frameworks for complex digital solutions
- Project management experience

Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Smart & Digital Consultant with expertise in Smart Buildings & Smart Cities to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in smart buildings and cities technology, building solution architecture and schematic diagrams,
Key Responsibilities
- Support building a business development strategy for KSA that aligns with the existing Smart & Digital discipline strategy.
- Build the portfolio of projects and clients in KSA with alignment and support from the sales leads.
- Engage in business development initiatives including reach out, discovery meetings, event participation, etc.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Lead end to end project management efforts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality.
- Provide expertise and guidance to clients on the selection and implementation of smart cities & buildings technologies.
- Manage the design and implementation of smart cities & building solutions.
- Develop high level data strategy, management and governance frameworks for complex digital solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of smart cities & buildings technologies with existing building systems.
- Drive innovation in smart cities & buildings design by staying updated on emerging technologies.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage and coach team members on business development and project delivery.
