Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering. In lieu of a Washington Accord recognised 4-year degree, current IRSE license accepted
- Accreditation from Engineers Australia and membership with IRSE.
- CPENG highly desired
- RPEQ registration
- QR / ARTC competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of conventional signal design principles and whole of life project management experience
- In depth knowledge of all systems that interface to signalling such as, signalling interfaces, power, communications, track and civil, etc
- Ability to people lead and/or lead a project team to successfully deliver to meet or exceed client expectations
- Excellent understanding of document and design control processes
- Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities
- Strong computer, software and systems literacy
- Excellent client relationship management skill as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
