Position overview

Join Autodesk's Forma Administration organization, which develops services for users and business relationships, collaboration spaces, workflows, and data.

The role focuses on administration capabilities within a collaboration platform for the architecture, engineering, and construction ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Bring user and market insights, especially from workspace administrators, to engineering and leadership.
  • Own product lifecycle from discovery and concept testing through launch, go-to-market, enablement, and adoption.
  • Deliver a consistent, intuitive workspace setup experience across Autodesk products.
  • Lead launch of public create, read, update, and delete APIs for integration and extensibility.
  • Evolve workspace capabilities for regional compliance and diverse user needs.
  • Build tools for administrators to configure settings, define custom properties, and manage business units.
  • Manage an API-first platform product for developers as well as user interfaces.
  • Communicate clearly, use imagery and prototypes to express ideas, and prioritize understanding customer problems.

Minimum qualifications

  • At least 8 years of B2B SaaS product management experience.
  • Product leadership experience focused on administrator or purchaser personas, or hands-on experience as a software administrator.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for product documentation, customer sessions, and leadership presentations.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, approachable ideas.
  • Ability to define and track success metrics and KPIs.
  • Precision in language and messaging in customer and R&D conversations.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative environments and learning continuously.

Salary transparency

  • For Canada-based roles, the expected starting base salary range is CAD 142,000–CAD 207,900.
  • Offers depend on experience and geographic location and may exceed the stated range; compensation may also include annual cash bonuses, sales commissions where applicable, stock grants, and benefits.
