Lead architecture workshops and governance forums that resolve complex decisions across business, technology, security, data, risk, and finance stakeholders.
Set the target Azure AI Foundry architecture for agents, RAG, model access, orchestration, integration, and enterprise operations.
Guide pilots and prototypes that test the highest-risk assumptions and establish an evidence-based path to production and scale.
Define model routing and evaluation strategies that balance quality, latency, resilience, cost, explainability, and regulatory expectations.
Establish TokenOps observability that connects agent and model behavior to tokens, costs, controls, service outcomes, and customer value.
Use FinOps unit economics to frame architecture tradeoffs, investment choices, operating models, and scale decisions for executive sponsors.
Direct data, API, identity, network, security, and Responsible AI architecture across complex customer estates and delivery partners.
Translate GDPR, EU AI Act, sovereignty, data-residency, and market-specific obligations into actionable architecture and delivery controls.
Provide principal-level technical leadership, design assurance, escalation support, and coaching across EMEA engagements.
Create reusable EMEA shaping and delivery patterns and feed regional requirements into the global TokenOps product and practice roadmap.
Strategic EMEA opportunities have an executive-aligned TokenOps outcome, defensible architecture, governed delivery plan, and credible route to scale.
Complex customer decisions are resolved through clear principles, evidence, tradeoffs, and accountable architecture governance.
Solutions integrate AI capability, observability, unit economics, security, Responsible AI, sovereignty, and regulation without treating them as separate workstreams.
Regional delivery teams use consistent architecture patterns and receive effective principal-level guidance on high-risk decisions.
EMEA field learning shapes reusable offerings and improves the global TokenOps architecture, product priorities, and delivery standards.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience, and significant years in enterprise solution architecture.
Principal-level leadership of complex AI or cloud transformations involving multiple business units, technology domains, or delivery organizations across EMEA.
Deep knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and production architectures for enterprise AI, agents, and RAG solutions.
Experience
designing model routing, evaluation, observability, and operational-governance capabilities for AI systems.
Ability to connect FinOps unit economics, technical telemetry, and architecture choices to executive investment and scale decisions.
Strong data, API, identity, network, security, and enterprise-integration architecture expertise.
Demonstrated application of security and Responsible AI requirements throughout architecture and delivery.
Working knowledge of GDPR, the EU AI Act, sovereignty, data residency, and related EMEA regulatory considerations.
Executive communication, architecture-governance, and consulting judgment sufficient to lead ambiguous, high-stakes customer decisions.
Azure Solutions Architect certification or equivalent recognized architecture expertise.
Delivery experience across multiple EMEA countries, regulatory environments, industries, or sovereign-cloud contexts.
Experience
establishing architecture principles, review mechanisms, and reusable standards across a regional practice.
Knowledge of agent and RAG evaluation, quality, safety, and lifecycle-management methods.
Experience
shaping major transformation scopes, work packages, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
Ability to frame AI economics and technical tradeoffs for boards, executive sponsors, finance leaders, and risk stakeholders.
Track record of coaching architects and delivery teams and providing effective escalation leadership.
Ability to support engagement planning and controller implementation while turning regional field requirements into global product and practice improvements.
