About the roleThis is an opportunity to play a leading role in a major council-wide system migration from Idox to Arcus.

Working across council services, technical teams and suppliers, you will lead the data, systems and performance workstream underpinning the migration.

You will translate operational requirements into effective system, data and reporting solutions, while providing clear assurance that the new platform is ready for implementation.

You will oversee data discovery, profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, migration, reconciliation and validation.

You will also support the design, configuration and testing of Arcus, including workflows, forms, interfaces, integrations, access controls and management information.

Beyond implementation, you will help establish sustainable arrangements for system ownership, data stewardship, reporting and continuous improvement.

You will ensure that Arcus integrates effectively with the council’s wider data architecture, creating secure and reliable foundations for joined-up insight, advanced analytics and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
