We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Search professional to join our Dubai team across our Logistics & Supply Chain , Medical & Life Science or Industrial teams ! The Principal Consultant role is a full 360 degree executive recruitment role responsible for; developing industry-specific knowledge, building client relationships, and headhunting senior-level talent globally.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Full 360 degree executive recruitment role working with clients and candidates owning end to end senior management recruitment processes
• Specialising in a niche industry sector in one of our core markets globally
• Developing new business with clients and fostering key customer relationships
• Headhunting top industry talent into high-level vacancies
• Consulting with clients to make the decisions when it comes to hiring executive-level staff and recruitment programmes
• Working autonomously and independently as well as within a team and growing your industry as if it was its own business unit
• Supporting and mentoring new starters with occasional training sessions to knowledge share
• Communicating and forecasting business pipeline to the Directors

What are the requirements?

• Minimum 1 year experience in a 360 recruitment role across either Logistics & Supply Chain, Medical & Life Science or Industrial sectors
• A strong track record in building new client relationships from the ground up, and making senior level placements
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree is not necessary, but is preferred
• We want driven, confident individuals with a positive and resilient mentality
• Be accountable for hitting targets and growing your niche market specialism
• A desire to go beyond the day-to-day tasks
