- Execute sourcing strategies and support sourcing plans across assigned technology domains (e.g., cloud, infra, platforms).
- Manage RFP/RFQ documentation, coordinate evaluations, and support decision processes.
- Liaise with procurement to ensure sourcing processes meet internal policy, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain sourcing artifacts such as playbooks, trackers, evaluation matrices, and performance dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and sourcing efficiencies within allocated domains.
- **General functional responsibilities:**
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with category managers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure sourcing documentation and vendor engagement processes are aligned with enterprise standards.
- Support tracking of sourcing KPIs (e.g., cycle time, savings, vendor SLAs) and generate regular reports.
- Promote sourcing hygiene and partner accountability through documentation and issue tracking.
- Assist in driving ESG, sustainability, and supplier diversity compliance within sourcing activities.
- **Core competencies required:**
- Technology Sourcing Execution – Hands-on experience in managing sourcing events (RFQs, RFPs), vendor coordination, and operational sourcing support.
- Vendor Management Support – Ability to assist in drafting and managing engagement models and scorecards under guidance from senior stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking – Capability to evaluate commercial offers, analyze cost structures, and support benchmarking efforts.
- Process Discipline – Strong orientation to sourcing processes, compliance checkpoints, and documentation control.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Effective communication and collaboration with category leads, delivery teams, finance, legal, etc.
- Governance Awareness – Working knowledge of sourcing governance principles and procurement compliance.
