We are seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and client‑focused **Prime Property Consultant** to deliver exceptional advisory services to buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors seeking high‑quality real estate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage prime property inquiries and conduct professional, curated viewings
  • Represent premium off‑plan and ready properties across Abu Dhabi’s top communities
  • Deliver tailored lifestyle presentations, investment consultations, and market insights
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of high‑intent buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Provide advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and payment plans
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and uphold company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong market knowledge, integrity, and exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Experience in **real estate sales**, premium property advisory, or high‑value client‑facing roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work with discerning clients and deliver a refined advisory experience
  • Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s prime communities is preferred
