Key Responsibilities

• Manage off‑plan property inquiries and conduct professional project presentations
• Promote new developments, exclusive launches, and early‑stage investment opportunities
• Build and maintain a portfolio of investors, buyers, and high‑intent clients
• Provide advisory on ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends
• Conduct virtual tours, community briefings, and tailored investment consultations
• Guide clients through reservation, SPA signing, and handover processes
• Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong market knowledge and investment expertise

Requirements

• Experience in **off‑plan real estate sales**, investment advisory, or high‑value client‑facing roles
• Strong understanding of off‑plan project structures, payment plans, and investment metrics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Ability to build trust with investors and long‑term clients
• Professional appearance and strong business acumen
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off‑plan market is preferred
