Lennox seeks a curious, analytical, collaborative Pricing Analyst to translate complex data into recommendations for sales leaders.
The role partners directly with Sales and works across Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations, AI COE, and IT.
The position focuses on pricing excellence: setting, getting, and sustaining pricing.
Pricing analytics and governance
- Build pricing models for list, invoice, and discount decisions; analyze performance, margin opportunities, risks, leakage, and scenario trade-offs.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and communicate actionable pricing insights to cross-functional teams.
- Maintain pricing guardrails, approval workflows, and deal-desk standards; assess deals against margin goals and value drivers.
- Support pricing policies, segmentation, discount frameworks, monitoring, and process or systems improvements.
Pricing execution and enablement
- Support annual and ad hoc price actions through scenario modeling and financial assessments.
- Recommend prices for new products, cost changes, and market shifts; align decisions with revenue and profitability targets.
- Equip sales with tools, insights, and benchmarks; manage pricing KPI dashboards and monitor external trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales, sales operations, pricing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with modeling, forecasting, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in pricing, CRM, reporting, ERP, contract lifecycle management, and AI tools; examples are Vendavo, PriceFx, Salesforce, Qlik, Power BI, SAP ECC/S/4, Intelagree, Ironclad, and Copilot.
- Consultative support experience with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels; good communication and financial skills.
