Role overview
The Financial Planning Analyst handles moderately complex accounting, financial reporting, planning, and analysis of organizational expenditures and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgets, expense, service-fee, and staffing forecasts, or statistical reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial forecasts.
- Resolve reporting, forecasting, and analysis issues with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain budget analysis, allocation, and forecasting systems and databases.
- Assist with financial research and analysis of operational results.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access.
- Knowledge of SAP or Hyperion is preferred.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
