Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize company pricing strategies.
• Monitor internal and third-party fee adjustments and communicate technical implications and revenue impact.
• Support system change requests and test systems for cost and revenue assurance.
• Create and manage net revenue calculation models and dashboards.
• Develop market insights from existing data and competitor analysis.
• Extract, synthesize, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources for pricing activities.
• Handle technical and non-technical pricing queries and support month-end activities.
• Support pricing governance with a fair-value, customer-centric approach.
• Provide commercial support for tenders, negotiations, contract renewals, and new income opportunities.
• Deliver pricing training and maintain a pricing resource center.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, data visualization, macros, and complex formulas.
• SQL, Python, DAX, and Power BI proficiency is advantageous.
• Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency is required for business presentations.
• At least 2 years of card-payments industry knowledge, such as scheme fees and interchange.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and planning skills; able to work independently to tight timescales.
